Job summary

Charlton Imperial Nursery is a warm, welcoming and Ofsted-registered nursery in Bristol, providing exceptional care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We are passionate about creating a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team. You’ll work alongside dedicated colleagues to plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for all children in your room.
• Plan, observe and assess children’s learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
• Support the implementation of the nursery’s policies and procedures.

About You

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Have a good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
• Be passionate about working with children and supporting their development.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be reliable, flexible and motivated to learn and grow within your role.
