Job Description:

As an Early Years Educator at Happy Tots, you will play a crucial role in the development and education of young children during their formative years. You will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, exploration, and creativity. Your role will also involve providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement creative, educational, and age-appropriate activities for children aged [0-5].
• Foster children’s emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
• Monitor and record the progress and development of each child.
• Promote positive behaviour and social interaction among children.
• Work collaboratively with parents/guardians, offering feedback and updates on their child’s development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care by adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and curiosity in children through daily activities.
