We are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Practitioner to join our lovely team and help make a real difference in the lives of our little learners.

The Role:
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will be a key part of our Early Years team, responsible for delivering high-quality care and education. You’ll plan and implement creative and stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework, support each child’s development, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, caring, stimulating environment that supports children’s learning and development
  • Plan and deliver a range of creative, play-based learning opportunities based on individual needs and interests
  • Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress and development
  • Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed, maintaining a vigilant and professional approach
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a warm, supportive setting
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments and reports
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers, providing regular updates and support

Skills / Qualifications:
