Job summary

Little Echoes Day Nursery are seeking to appoint an experienced practitioner to join their Senior Leadership Team. The role will be full time, and you will work closely in partnership with the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the nursery. This is a unique opportunity to join a friendly professional team in a well-established Nursery.

The Nursery is open 51 weeks of the year, closing for a week at Christmas. We are located in Bagshot, close to transport links including the train station, bus stops and M3. We are a purpose built nursery set over three spacious rooms and have extensive outdoor space, catering for children 3 months- 5 years.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and experience of working in Early Years, as well as the ability to communicate with staff, children and parents in a professional manner.

You will be expected to undertake additional roles such being the appointed Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Training co-ordinator. (Additional training will be provided for these roles.) The practitioner will not be room based in order to undertake and fulfil their role, they will be required to fill in as and when required and over see the running of the rooms.
