Full-Time | High Barnet | £24,000–£28,000 (based on experience)

Your Role

• Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team

• Contribute to planning, observations, and key person responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment every day

You’ll Need

• A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)

• Previous nursery experience (preferred but not essential for Level 3s)

• A genuine love for working with children

• A positive, proactive attitude and team spirit

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive pay: £24,000–£28,000 depending on qualification/experience
