At Paper Moon Nurseries, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional childcare in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. We are now looking for a qualified Level 3 Practitioner to join our friendly and dedicated team at our 70-place nursery in Compton Acres

About the Role

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and development, helping them grow into confident, curious, and happy learners. You’ll work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality care and engaging experiences in line with the EYFS.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a warm, caring, and inclusive environment.

• Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.

• Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress.

• Building strong partnerships with parents and carers.

• Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health, and safety.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 qualified in Early Years/Childcare.

• Enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about working with children.

• Confident in delivering the EYFS and supporting child development.

• A great communicator and team player.

• Dedicated to maintaining a high standard of practice.
