Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating young children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering a stimulating environment for their growth. This role requires excellent management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents.

Duties

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and caring environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the childcare area, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
• Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play activities.
• Provide support in early childhood education initiatives, fostering a love for learning.
• Drive children to activities or appointments as needed, ensuring their safety at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is an advantage but not essential.
• A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills in English are required to effectively interact with children and parents.
• Previous management or leadership experience within a childcare context is advantageous.
