Teaching, Learning & Child Development
Create a warm, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child thrives.
Lead the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum, tailoring learning to children’s needs and interests.

Work in partnership with parents to share children’s learning journeys and celebrate achievements.
Promote equality, inclusion, and respect for every child’s background and individuality.

Liaise closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure consistent staffing, routines, and communication.
Uphold a culture of safeguarding, ensuring that all team members understand their responsibilities.

?? Operational & Compliance
Ensure the room complies with EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety policies.
Maintain accurate records including learning journeys, risk assessments, and daily checks.
Manage ratios, transitions, and routines to support a calm and well-organised environment.
Model excellent hygiene, care routines, and safety practices at all times.

What You’ll Need
A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a senior practitioner or leadership role within an early years setting.
Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding responsibilities, and child development.
A team-focused attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.
A genuine love for early years education and a desire to make a lasting impact.
