What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children
aged 0–5.
Create safe, engaging, and stimulating play
environments.
Act as a key person, observing and recording
children’s development using the ILD system.
Work as part of a
supportive team to deliver the EYFS curriculum.
Communicate
effectively with parents and carers, sharing children’s progress and
experiences.
Ensure children’s welfare and safeguarding are
prioritised at all times.
Assist with personal care, meals, and
daily routines.
What We’re Looking For
A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a love of working with
children.
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or
willingness to train).
A clear enhanced DBS (or willing to
obtain one).
Good understanding of the EYFS and child
development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to support across rooms or settings when needed.
