We are currently looking for a dynamic Nursery Manager to lead our dedicated team at The Nursery based in Aston, Sheffield S26.

As Nursery Manager, you must have:

• Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (Level 4 or above preferred).
• Excellent working knowledge of EYFS
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Leadership experience within a nursery setting
• Ability to work effectively within a team and inspire others
• Paediatric First Aid Training (desirable but training can be provided)

What will you be doing?

• Provide strong leadership and management to ensure the nursery operates efficiently.
• Support, motivate and develop a team of dedicated early years practitioners, ensuring high standards of care and education are consistently met.
• Ensure the nursery meets EYFS & Ofsted requirements and maintains a safe, welcoming environment for the children.
• Oversee the implementation and delivery of a stimulating curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
• Foster positive relationships with parents and engage with the local community to create a supportive network.
• Manage the nursery’s budget effectively, optimising resources while maintaining quality.

The position is full time; working 5 days / 40 hours per week, all year round.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,500.00 per year
