About Us
Domi Domingo is not your average nursery. We’re proud to have achieved two consecutive OFSTED ‘Outstanding’ gradings (most recently in Nov 2024). We’re a Forest School setting, which means outdoor learning is at the heart of what we do.
We’re also:
- Multilingual and diverse – celebrating different cultures and languages.
- Organic and eco-friendly – teaching children to live healthily and care for the environment.
- Supportive and career-focused – we invest in staff training and development.
- Internationally connected – with a sister nursery in Lithuania, where staff can share knowledge and experience.
We don’t just recruit based on qualifications (though you’ll need a Level 3 childcare qualification for this role). We’re looking for someone who shares our values and ethos.
