Job summary
Headstart are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and outgoing Early Years Practitioner to join their ever growing team.

Main Duties will include...
- Working as part of a fast paced team and communicating at high levels.
- Providing a caring and stimulating environment that meets the needs of individual children.
- Complete observation's based on in the moment planning.
- Track children's development and use online systems to record.
- Ensure observing and following safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
- Build relationships with parents and families.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Hold a Level 2/3 or equivalent in Childcare.
- Have extensive safeguarding knowledge.
- Sound knowledge of The Early Years foundation stage and In the moment planning.
