Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, warm, and caring Room Leader to join our friendly Nursery team. Our Nursery welcomes babies from 6 months upwards into a bright, spacious, and inspirational learning environment, with dedicated outside areas. As part of our thriving independent prep school, the Nursery has full use of the School's facilities and 35 acres of idyllic grounds — from the Woodland Classroom for outdoor crafting, to the Sports Hall for soft play, and story time in the Junior Library. Our weekly timetable is supported by specialist teachers for Forest School and Dance.
As Room Leader, you will ensure the smooth running of the Nursery classroom and deliver high standards of care, child development, and learning for the Nursery children. Room Leaders will hold a Level 3 or above qualification and have previous experience in a Room Leader role.
Due to the location of the School, which is close to Bletchingley and Merstham, a car is required as we are not near any public transport.
