About the Role
An amazing opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group, we are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Room leader to work in our Oberlin Street Nursery.

If you are highly motivated flexible, experienced in working in early years and have a genuine passion for working with children then this is the role for you.

What We’re Looking For:
• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)*
• Demonstrates a robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
• Has a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
• Previous room Leader experience working in a nursery environment (Desirable)
