Job summary
One YMCA’s Charters Nursery is nestled in the scenic surroundings of
Leavesden Country Park and is currently seeking enthusiastic and
experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our large,
friendly team. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and
education in a stimulating, inclusive, and fun-loving environment,
with a strong emphasis on outdoor learning and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate as a proactive and creative member of the nursery
team to provide a nurturing and engaging environment that supports the
holistic development of each child.
• Deliver the highest
standards of care and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation
Stage (EYFS).
• Take responsibility as a keyworker for a group
of children, ensuring their individual needs are met through
observation, assessment, and planning.
• Build and maintain
positive, professional relationships with parents and carers, actively
encouraging their involvement in their child’s learning journey.
• Work towards and achieve agreed performance objectives and
contribute to the overall success of the nursery.

This is a Full Time role.
Hours per week: 37.5
Working Pattern: 7.5 hour shift. 5 days, Monday to Friday between the
hours of 7.30am - 6.30pm
