One of our wonderful preschool leads is moving on after 9 years with us, creating an exciting opportunity to join our hard working, dedicated and outstanding Preschool team.

We are a small, friendly nursery recently awarded located in the South of Nottingham, nestled between two small villages of Plumtree and Normanton-on-the-Wolds. We are privileged to have access to an on-site Forest School for daily use along with an extensive play area. Our provision has recently been awarded OUTSTANDING by OFSTED in all areas.

We are seeking to employ a qualified nursery practitioner, with a recognised qualification in childcare and education at a Level 3 or higher. We would also like to appoint someone who has had experience working within a nursery setting, however this is not essential as full induction and training will be provided.

. We are open for 49 weeks per year, closing for a week at Christmas, a week in May and a week in August along with being closed all Bank Holidays. Please note that this position is an all-year round post and is not suitable for those looking for term time only work.

We pride ourselves in safeguarding our children, families, and staff. A full suitability assessment will be completed through the completion of a DBS, gathering references, and our in-house safeguarding procedures. We ensure all new staff are given a 6-month probation period which we review throughout to ensure the highest quality.
