Each profile contains an Email Enquiry Form, Brochure Request Form and a viewable Phone Number.
Tour Bookings
The ability to take Tour Booking requests for both Onsite Tours and Remote Tours (via Zoom, WhatsApp etc). Once Tour Availability details have been entered in the Control Panel, nursery seekers will be able to request a Tour Booking from your profile page.
Email and Call Channelling
Specific email addresses and telephone numbers can be used for Care Enquiries, Job Enquiries and General Enquiries, allowing you to channel your emails and calls more effectively.
Photo Gallery / Video / 360 Virtual Tour
An unlimited number of photos can be uploaded to the Photo Gallery, as well as a Video and 360 Virtual Tour.
Review Showcase
Select up to three snippets from your favourite reviews to be paired with the first three photos on your profile page. This showcases the very best of your nursery and really brings your profile to life.
Detailed Description
A detailed description of your Nursery each written by our in-house editorial team to ensure a consistent editorial style for our website users.
Awards, Events, News, Child Vacancies, Meet the Team
Awards, Events, News, Child Vacancies and Meet the Team can all be posted on your daynurseries.co.uk Control Panel to help our website users get the best possible feel of life at your Nursery.
Removal of ‘Other Nurseries’ on profile page
Up to 6 ‘Other Nurseries you may be interested in’ Nurseries show on Basic Nursery profiles. These will not show on Enhanced/Platinum Profiles.
Search Results
Highlighted Profile
Profiles are highlighted in the search results with a more distinctive design (larger text for the profile name and a drop-shadow around the border), encouraging more profile views.
Ranking Boost
On all search result pages in the ‘Default’ sort option Platinum subscribers receive a ranking boost.
Ranked above Basic Profiles
On all search result pages in the ‘Default’ sort option Enhanced and Platinum subscribers are ranked above Basic non subscribers.
Reviews Service
Review Cards
The daynurseries.co.uk review cards and stands are available to Enhanced and Platinum subscribers. The review cards are a very effective way of generating reviews for your Nursery. The review cards work in the following way:
- Request the cards and stands from your Control Panel.
- Hand out the review cards to parents, and/or place the stand and cards in your reception area.
- The completed review cards are sent freepost to us at daynurseries.co.uk and our review team check and process them.
- Once verified by our reviews team, you will be notified by email about the review, and you can then add a response and publish the review.
Branded Review Cards
daynurseries.co.uk can now provide branded review cards to all nurseries and nursery groups that subscribe to a Platinum Service.
The branded review card keeps your brand consistent across all areas of your business and provides an even more professional service for your residents and their family and friends. Logos appear in the top right of the card for maximum visibility and you can personalise the ‘call to action’ strapline that encourages people to write a review. Ordering the new cards is simple and can be done through your Control Panel.
Review Widget
The daynurseries.co.uk Review Widgets can be used to display your latest daynurseries.co.uk reviews and also generate reviews on your own website. The widgets are very quick and easy to add to your website, and once embedded on your website the widget will automatically display your latest new reviews. Groups can create separate review widgets for each of their locations on their website.

Invite to Review
You can quickly generate a convenient link to share via Email, Facebook or WhatsApp. The link goes directly to your online review submission form on daynurseries.co.uk, where your contacts can write a review.

The Poster shows a QR Code that links directly to the relevant review submission form, making it very easy for Parents and Guardians to submit a review from their mobile devices.
Review PDF Print and Recommended Stamp

From your Control Panel you can generate a PDF of all your Reviews made from a specified date. This can be printed and displayed throughout your nursery.
Recommended Stamp and Window Sticker
If you have 1 or more recommendations (positive reviews) a “Recommended on daynurseries.co.uk” badge can be displayed on your website.
