My daughter loves going to nursery the staff are great and always on hand to answer any questions you may have. I was apprehensive about returning to work and that my daughter wouldn't settle but she gets so excited in the morning. If she's had to be off poorly she's gotten upset when we've told her she cannot go to nursery. They've always got a range of activities taking place that she really enjoys.l she's always bringing home things she's made and she's so excited to show us.
Absolutely amazing nursery can't thank them enough for all their help with my twins from helping master toilet training to helping to get them ECH plan's in place for starting school. They went above and beyond.
I can't speak highly enough of the staff at this nursery. My twin girls attended this nursery and were quite challenging due to learning difficulties. The support patience and care the the staff gave my girls and then later the development and love for going to the nursery my girls had was fantastic. The efforts specifically the manager and another staff member gave us helping us with CAHMS appointments and EHCP plans and support was nothing short of amazing top nursery as parents we were sad when it was time for my kids to leave
She is now thriving and enjoys going to nursery .
Staff are very friendly and happy to help.
Love the app updates throughout the day .
My little boy started in October and I can't express how happy he is to go nursery. He loves it here and never found a nursery that does so much within a day. Lots of activities to do for the children. Staff here are amazing very supportive of your child and their environment. Big shout out to the toddler room your staff are AMAZING!!
My daughter loves to attend the nursery. The staff are very helpful, friendly and warm. I feel like the nursery is a home from home environment with fantastic facilities and age-appropriate stimuli to help further my daughter's development socially, emotionally and educationally. The parent's app is also great as I get to see her in action and see what activities and learning she has been doing day to day.
From the staff, the environment, to the friends my sons now made, he loves his Nursery, "Big Boy School" as we call it. My son is super proud he now gets to go to School. The staff are amazing. So pleased I chose this Nursery. Special thank you to all the girls who we trust with our babies. They do the most amazing job.
The girls are amazing with a special shout out one particular staff member to whom my youngest son absolutely loves.
After enrolling him at nursery when he was 2, it took a long time for him to settle which I found distressing, he would scream, kick and get really upset at leaving me but the girls all dealt with him (and me) amazingly.
They let me observe him after he thought I’d gone and took photos of him doing activities to reassure me that he was fine and he loves going now. They always keep me up to date with what he has eaten too. My oldest son is now at primary school but when they see him they still acknowledge him and give him cuddles which he also loves. The activities are also really good, in just 2 days my son does Spanish, Bee Active and Yoga. I would recommend this nursery in a shot to anyone.
My daughter has attended this setting since 10 months, she is now 2.5. In that time her language and cognitive skills have really come on and I put that down to the team here at Orchard. She has developed close bonds with friends and the staff, I’ll be sending my little boy later in 2019. The team really care about the children.
He's always got a smile on his face when we collect him.
My daughter has been attending orchard now for a while, she has grown in confidence and is excelling in all subjects due to the help and support offered by staff.
My son has been going to The Orchard Nursery for nearly a year and he absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly and really took the time to get to know my little boy when he first started so he settled in very quickly. He takes part in a wide variety of activities and has grown in confidence since he started. Communication between the staff and parents is also really good and they are always happy to help and answer any questions. I would definitely recommended the nursery.
My son was starting nursery at just 6 months old and I was very nervous. The nursery staff went out of their way to make us feel at home there and took the time to get my son used to his new surroundings. You can always contact the nursery easily and they are very responsive to any questions or queries you may have. They have a great relationship with the children they care for and are very open with the parents. The nursery also holds an evening meal every now and then at a different restaurant for parents and children to attend and get to know each other - this is great!
My son has learned so much whilst being at nursery here and his developmental milestones are being achieved. The nursery staff are great and will always listen and respond to parents comments and concerns.
Thank You Orchard!
They recently went to Sealife and he loved it he also loves other outings too like the park.
I also love the different activities he does at nursery, so planned out and really builds his motor skills, speech and confidence. His grandparents have said that since going nursery he has become more confident and more outgoing. So 100% I will be recommending you to all my family and friends.
Both my children have gone (little one still is) to this lovely nursery and both have been very happy there. You can tell the staff are not just doing their job, they genuinely care and love all the children. They teach manners and good behaviour from a very early age. My eldest started school already knowing phonics and how to recognise words which made her transition from nursery to school a lot easier all in all, lovely staff who would care for the children as if they were their own. Also I must add I'm Spanish and even though the staff doesn't speak Spanish they try their best to say words in this language to my son so that he feels more at home.
The nursery is very good, they have supported my sons development in every way.
Has trips out (e.g. airport)
Had a nice trip to the local park.
Staff are always friendly and supportive.
Interesting little ideas e.g. grandparents teddy bear picnic
