Thank you for taking time to leave us a review and giving us your feedback. <br>We can only apologise for the recent period where we were forced to make some short term room closures due to staffing levels. We are only too aware of the upheaval this causes for families and I can assure you this was only ever done as a last resort after all other avenues were exhausted. In order to ensure both children and staff remain safe we are required by law to maintain Ofsted’s statutory child/staff ratio requirements and as a result we are left with little flexibility when circumstances like this arise.<br>Like many in the childcare industry we have recently faced staffing challenges with the ongoing shortage of trained nursery practitioners across the UK. We have had to adapt rapidly to an increasingly competitive recruitment market and I am glad to say we have recently seen our increased focus in this area bearing fruit with a number of new staff members joining our fabulous existing nursery team.
