We are very sorry to hear your frustration relating to your experience with our nursery. We are committed to ensuring the quality of care and education is consistently at a level that the nursery can be proud of and in order to focus on this, we've had to temporarily reduce our opening hours and the number of available places whilst we recruit more team members. This has been an exceptionally difficult decision driven by an unprecedentedly challenging recruitment market. We will continue to keep all families up to date with developments.
