Thank you for your review. We have loved having both of your children attend Northend Nursery and watching the eldest move on to the reception and the youngest develop their character. We are glad to hear that the app works well for you to be kept updated and feel reassured that they are having a great day. However, with regard to closing at 4 pm and being updated, we have had several applicants for the posts - none with relevant qualifications or experience in educating children. This is currently being experienced by most good or outstanding settings across the country. The educators and management at Northend are concerned about the situation as their jobs can be affected by this too.
