As explained, children in our baby room are encouraged to be creative – which can find expression in painting that can be fashioned into cards – but no child is ever forced to produce something to order. Child-led interests and themed activities in all age groups provide the best opportunities for learning and skill development.  <br>Committed to excellence and outstanding provision, Inset training days were introduced in 2018. This vital ‘whole team’ training keeps us up to date with the latest Early Years research and practice methods without conflicting with colleagues’ individual after-hours and weekend training sessions. <br>Parent feedback is actively encouraged and informs practice, so I thank you for taking the time to post your comments.
