Whilst a thorough review of CCTV for the day was unable to identify any incident we can only apologise that the response you received from a member of the team was not on this occasion up to the high standards we would expect. The welfare of all our children is of paramount importance and we have rigorous policies and procedures in place that ensure their safety and wellbeing whilst in our care.
