We are disappointed to hear you were not happy at Children’s House Day Nursery. The manager and nursery team have excellent relationships with all of our families, and we are sorry this has not been your experience. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate your request for a full-time place which was received after your initial enquiry. In our terms and conditions, it clearly states that invoices are payable a month in advance and are non-refundable. You gave us two weeks’ notice and therefore you were only charged for the remaining two. We do appreciate that this is difficult when you have decided to remain at your existing nursery and not take up the place at our setting.
