I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service and quality of care we provide. There have been many changes over the past two years to ensure that everyone remains safe which has included parents and carers not accessing the nursery, however, we are now welcoming everyone back in. Face to face communication had to be reduced slightly, especially in times where there was covid within the setting. We have always communicated with parents via our online system which would include updates and notifications along with your child’s observations that we complete weekly. We do have some children that come to nursery upset but I can assure you that our fantastic team soon help the children to settle, and they continue their nursery day with fun and excitement.
