It is noted that your negative review comes after several warnings around your tardiness, leaving your child in our care longer than the session and therefore impacting our ability to run an effective service for others. Whilst we want to do everything to make sure our families get all the support they need, understanding and respect for the hours and staff are required - we do not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our staff.
