I appreciate you taking the time to write this review. It's lovely to be able to pass on to the staff who work with your children that their kindness has been recognised and appreciated. I know you have been in discussion recently with the Manager and hopefully some issues have been rectified and I understand when your daughter is with us one day per week you want as much information about her time with us as possible.<br>The staff team do prioritise the care and safety of the children and add information on MNP at quieter times of the day. I appreciate this isn't always as often as you'd prefer.<br>Trips off the premises do not happen with your daughter's age group currently for safety reasons. We will always accommodate extra days when we can, however if we have no space we unfortunately can't help.<br>I hope this clarifies some of your concerns.
