We are so sorry for your negative experience at Puddleducks. Early Years has been facing a staffing crisis already and the pandemic has made it even harder, this coupled with a lack of demand for our 7.30 am start meant we had to make the decision to reduce our service to core hours. We do understand this is disappointing but we were hoping early communication and a notice period would help with understanding. We did hope you would find an alternative as we could not continue to provide the service, we want to do everything we can for our customers but also have our staff's wellbeing at heart.
