Thank you for your review and further to your conversation with the managers, it was explained that the reason we were guiding you to our policies was because they are in place to ensure safeguarding is met.  You have continuously been late to pick up your child on numerous occasions with various reasons such as a driving lesson. This is not fair on the other parents who pick up and drop off their child on time.  <br>We always change the children after lunch and would never leave a child in a soiled nappy.<br>Our complaints procedure was told to you.  <br>You also mentioned that you are not provided with in-depth feedback. Unfortunately, as you were late on a number of occasions, you would be told the necessary information.  <br>We wish her all the best wherever she may go.
