Thank you for your comments - we have experienced some challenges with staffing at this nursery mainly due to sickness (several times this was COVID related so staff were off at short notice). We are very sorry to have let you down on occasions and we will take your feedback on board and make improvements to the communication. We take parent reviews very seriously and will share these comments with members of the management team.
