We are humbled to have been a strong network of support for you and the family. It really highlights the importance of trusting and open relationships in order to reach the same goals. It was important for us to select the correct key worker in order for him to feel safe and secure within his already familiar routine. It has been a lovely journey to share with the whole family and we know his transition to school will mirror the existing care plan strategies already in place.
