I’m sorry to read about your experiences at our site at Hanford. The nursery is aware of your concerns and we addressed this through our complaints procedure. We welcome feedback and have an open-door policy to discuss any concerns that parents may have.
We have addressed your concerns with our entire team and apologised for the miscommunication with the cake and following Natasha’s Law meant that we were unable to issue the cake.
We have a lengthy documented Learning Journey for all of our children which was sent to you via recorded delivery, and we apologised for this not being ready on the day, but we still had photos to print off as you didn’t serve a notice period. Parents evenings are scheduled twice yearly as a minimum for nursery to discuss progress with parents, this is set for April 2022, unfortunately, prior to this, the setting was under different management.
