Thank you for your review. We are so pleased to hear your son loved our nursery and the staff supported your son. We are sorry you had an issue with staffing, unfortunately, when sickness happens or when the same time staff are on holiday we try our best to use the same faces each day to cover ratios. Unfortunately, this isn’t always possible. It is the policy that only 2 members of staff take holiday at the same time.
