At Kids Planet Hale our aim is to provide the best possible care and it is something that we take seriously. I wanted to assure you that we have addressed your concerns and I am confident that the team are providing a consistent, safe environment for our toddler children. At the setting we do have a number of children using dummies and these can be easily mixed up if not labelled. With regards to billing, this was received and rectified with our finance team at Head Office.
