We are disappointed to receive your review regarding the unforeseen accident that occurred in March 2021. Your son received immediate first aid, you were notified via telephone and he was closely monitored until collection. Our accident policy was followed and you reviewed and signed the accident book.<br>It is our understanding from our call to you the following day that the hospital said he was fine and you advised he was running around at home, showing usual behaviour. He attended nursery for a further 7 months following the accident, therefore we were unaware of any concerns relating to this accident.<br>We pride ourselves on our parental partnerships and would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss any concerns at the earliest opportunity following the accident. <br>We appreciate and thank you for your comments regarding the staff team and educational materials and apologise that your view of the nursery has been impacted as a result of the accident.
