We've always had the view that our family-run business provides the care a family would expect so the work you describe as "above and beyond" is an example of what we provide when it matters. Years ago we had a motto stating "You work, we play" because we were aware that people working whilst their children were with us got on with their days more easily if they knew what their children were doing and that they were happy. It's easier these days than it used to be to share photographs directly!
