I am sorry that your experience at the nursery did not meet your expectations. Our website is currently being rebranded by our head office and so we didn’t update it in February with details of staff changes.  However we have taken your feedback on board and it now shows the current staffing team, including staff who are on maternity leave.  In our reception area, we have photos and short biographies of all staff which is updated on a weekly basis and on a daily basis and we have a display board at the entrance of the nursery  There are strict rules set by Ofsted around staffing ratios and qualifications that all nurseries must meet and we have always fulfilled these standards.   All children must have a 2 year review that takes place between 26 to 36 months.  We need enough observations to complete this accurately, so a child who has been in our setting for a shorter period of time will have the review towards the end of this timeframe.  I apologise if this hasn’t been communicated to you.
