I am so sorry you feel this way. You have been with us since July last year and come on trips and had a great time. I personally remember the town park trip when she didn't want to get on the bus or want to join in with her peers but with care and encouragement she did and had the best time, and urban limits she took more encouragement but again had the best time and wanted to go again along with Rye attic adventure park. Also with all the activities she felt she had no friends in the setting, we supported her to feel confident enough to join in with T-shirt printing, sand bottles making,  model making, plaster model making. I am sorry you feel you had one experience out of the 7 months you have been here that you didn't enjoy. I wish you both well and hope you find the Holiday club you are looking for which suits both of your needs. We will be refunding your money as you know we have already refunded the trip that sadly didn't go ahead due to bad weather.
