As a group, we are always trying to improve our communication with our families; especially at the end of the day as we know this is an important and exciting time to hear about what your little one has been up to! Unfortunately, due to COVID, our nursery teams have had to put in place safer operating procedures meaning that currently, all end of the day feedback must be done outside of the nursery and children are collected by staff individually. This has made it extremely difficult for staff to give a detailed handover as there is limited space for parents to wait causing long queues and waiting times. We hope to soon be able to lift our COVID procedures, allowing parents back into the nursery, and alleviating pick up time; allowing our teams to give families a more detailed end of day feedback! Our menus reflect the required nutritional guidelines, but we are always looking to improve them- any feedback is welcome via letusknow@theoldstationnursery.co.uk.
