Thank you Melanie for your review, we are really sorry that you have not been happy with Jesters, we have sought to address the issues you have raised and have been working hard behind the scenes to follow up on feedback received.

We have now streamlined our email addresses to ensure correspondence is dealt with promptly by our office team. We have adapted our invoices to be clearer based on feedback. We have had to review our prices like many other businesses to be sustainable in a difficult financial period coming out of a pandemic, with many costs going up including electricity, food and other charges. We are a community interest company so increases are not made for financial gain but purely to be sustainable and to support the business.

We had to make changes to our drop off and pick up due to COVID-19 but have recently made changes to this process which mean that our families do not have to wait as long to collect their children and we have received positive feedback on this so far
