We take great pride in the fact that The Little People Day Nursery has an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’ and we ensure all measures are taken to uphold this standard to provide the highest level of childcare. We take complaints very seriously at our nursery and all safeguarding requirements are fulfilled each day the children attend our setting. The nursery team have excellent relationships with all of our families and we are sorry that this has not been your experience.
