We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the standards and care you have been receiving since the change of management. We would like to offer you full reassurance that we ensured stringent health and safety measures in place for the parents' evening. We strategically planned the event to welcome families to review and contribute to their children’s learning and development. The planning and running of the evening were in line with the government, Department for Education and the local authority guidelines. <br>For each new Covid-19 case of children and staff, we follow a strict reporting process and where any further restrictions are advised we implement these immediately. <br>Each outing is supported by an enhanced adult to child ratio and a reviewed risk assessment. We would welcome you to accompany us on a walk to explore the route and reassure you.
