Thank you, and your partner, for your review. We have staff ratios within our nursery that are adhered to at all times, even during staff absence. I would just like to clarify that you were only charged for the reduced sessions that your child attended here with us, not a full day or half day as you have stated, and you were refunded once you decided not to bring your child back to Juniors.
