Thank you for your review. We have staff ratios within our nursery that are adhered to at all times, even during staff absence. As acting manager, you and I had many discussions during your child's time here with us, where no concerns were raised. All of our staff team work four days a week, and a member of the management team was always on site should you have wished to speak with us regarding any concerns.
