Hi there Mum, we are so sorry to hear of your negative experience, we take all feedback very seriously. We work really hard to give the children the best place to start their lives and will do everything we can to make sure we can be better. We are sorry that you weren't happy to be paying for childcare on bank holidays, we understand it can be difficult but many nurseries have the same policy.
