This is disappointing but also very surprising. Since your son joined us in October 2019, you have referred many happy parents to us. For this we are grateful. You have publicly posted that you highly recommend our nursery and that others won't be disappointed. When you gave us notice because you were moving out of the area you said that you were very sad as your son seemed to really enjoy being with his friends and the staff at Toddletown. We know you were disappointed that, when your house move was delayed, we had already allocated your place to another parent (we are a popular nursery with a waiting list) and we could not accommodate your existing booking patterns. Nonetheless, we did everything we could to be accommodating, so your son was therefore able to continue attending our nursery for the three weeks during which your move was delayed. We hope you will in time remember our nursery for all the happy days your son enjoyed with us. We miss having him here.
