Am sorry you feel this way... my response was to your harsh tone and aggressive allegations from a settling period of four hours that your child was going to get hypothermia! Sadly, you were not hearing anything I was saying and not allowing me to respond. I had to ask to be allowed to speak during the phone call. Your general tone (verbal and email communication) and mannerism in the way you addressed the issues was one of hostility and no matter what I said I sensed that you were not going to allow me the opportunity to clarify the situation. Your child was supported immediately when she was feeling cold by taking her inside, which you were informed of on the day, at pick up, by the staff. It is unfortunate, that we were unable to establish a trusting professional relationship and on those grounds, I felt it was best that you find a service that can meet your needs and I did not make that decision lightly. You can only rate Management, all other areas you had not experienced.
