Thank you for your review. <br>The grass is currently our responsibility, and due to staffing issues, we had difficulty finding the time to focus on the outdoors as our main focus is the children's wellbeing and development. <br>The window is currently safe and will still be replaced, these things just take time as it's a costume made piece of glass. <br>I understand that it does not look very appealing, but we do our best to cover it up with beautiful pictures of the children. <br>We value your opinion and will do our best to work on sprucing up the setting a bit in 2022.
