Dear Charlie<br><br>Thank you for your time in leaving a review, we value all feedback and will always endeavour to work closely with parents to improve services where necessary. We're disappointed to hear that your transition from baby room to toddler room did not meet your expectations and that despite our one-to-one conversations and communications we were unable to find a resolution that was satisfactory. <br> <br>We took swift action when your concern was initially raised and provided marked progress in the areas highlighted by yourself, we apologise again for not managing to provide you with quick enough results.<br><br>We have had a few staff leave but these have all been due to moving areas or pursuing new careers in different industries. Of course, where staff have demonstrated good skill and knowledge, we will always attempt to retain them. However, if they do decide to leave, we wish them all the best in whatever career path they may choose.
