I am sorry you feel your son did not have a good experience. I was not aware there were any problems as the feedback given when he left was to thank the staff for all the hard work and support and that it had made a huge impact on his development. The Manager works with our Quality Manager to continually improve practice with her team, only 2 of the 16 staff are related, and I am always happy to discuss any concerns and work with parents to resolve any issues so if you would like to contact me please do.
